Welcome to Couples Crate. These terms apply when you browse couples-crate.com or buy one of our kits. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to them.

Who can order

You must be at least 18 (or the age of majority where you live) to place an order.

Orders

When you place an order, you'll receive an order confirmation email — that confirms we received your order, not that we've accepted it. We accept your order when we pack and ship it. We may cancel any order before shipment — for example, if a product was listed with an incorrect price, if we suspect fraud, or if a component is unavailable — and if we cancel, you'll receive a full refund promptly.

Prices are shown in US dollars and can change at any time, but changes never apply to an order you've already placed.

Personalization

Your kit is built from the names, letters, colors, and shells you select. A summary of your selections is shown before you add the kit to your cart, and you confirm it when ordering — you're responsible for the accuracy of what you confirm (see our Return & Refund Policy for what happens with mistakes).

By submitting names or text, you confirm you have the right to use them, and you agree not to submit text that is unlawful, hateful, or infringes anyone's rights. We may decline and refund any order containing text we're not willing to produce.

The product

Couples Crate kits are craft kits: the finished keepsake is something you make. The finished pieces photographed on this site are real results, but every pour flows differently — your finished piece will be unique and will not exactly match any photo. The quality of your result depends in part on following the printed instructions included with your kit. Kits are intended for adults.

Our content

The content of this site — text, photos, branding — belongs to Couples Crate and can't be reproduced for commercial use without our permission.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Couples Crate's total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We're not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited under applicable law, and nothing affects consumer rights that law guarantees you.
