Processing time

Every kit is packed to order with your names, colors, and shells, so allow 2–4 business days for us to build your kit before it ships. You'll get a confirmation email with tracking as soon as it's on its way.

Where we ship

We currently ship within the United States. Shipping options and rates are shown at checkout.

Ordering for a date

If your kit is for an anniversary, a wedding, or a planned night in, order early — processing time plus transit time both count. Once a package is with the carrier, delivery timing is in the carrier's hands, and we can't guarantee arrival by a specific date.

Address changes

Double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you catch an error after ordering, contact us immediately through our contact page — we can update the address any time before the order ships, but not after.

Lost or damaged in transit

If your package arrives damaged, keep the packaging, take a photo, and contact us within 7 days of delivery — we'll make it right with replacement components, a replacement kit, or a refund (see our Return & Refund Policy). If tracking shows your package as lost, contact us and we'll work with the carrier and get a replacement or refund moving.
