Refund policy

We want your night in to be a good one — and if a kit isn't going to work out, we'd rather take it back than have it sit in a closet.

Returns

You can return your kit within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, as long as the components are unused and the resin bottles are unopened. Contact us through our contact page with your order number and we'll send return instructions. Return shipping is on us if we made a mistake; otherwise the return label cost is deducted from your refund.

Damaged, defective, or missing components

If your kit arrives damaged, is missing a component, or something inside is defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. We'll send replacement components or a full replacement kit at no charge — whichever solves the problem. If we can't make it right with a replacement, we'll refund you in full.

Wrong letters or colors

If what's in your kit doesn't match what you entered and confirmed at checkout, that's on us — we'll ship the correct components free, no return needed.

If you spot a typo after ordering, just contact us: before your kit ships we'll fix it free, and after it arrives we'll mail you the correct letters at no charge. A misspelled name should never ruin the night.

Cancellations

Cancel any time before your order ships for a full refund — contact us with your order number.

How refunds are paid

Approved refunds go back to your original payment method. Once we process a refund, your bank or card issuer may take 5–10 business days to post it.

The finished piece

Your finished keepsake is something you make, and every pour comes out differently — that's the point. Variation in how your colors flow, blend, or settle isn't a defect. But if something in the kit kept you from completing your piece (a component that didn't work as the instructions describe), contact us and we'll work it out.
